Planning approved by Hounslow Council, January 2024. Circle-Z designed the scheme, secured planning permission and produced the building regulations and construction drawings, with advice on specification including the sliding doors and rooflights. Completed before Christmas 2024.

Planning permission granted 1 July 2022. Circle-Z designed the scheme and secured planning permission; the extension was constructed in 2023, transforming a 1930s semi into a rendered contemporary home with a full-width bi-fold opening onto the garden.

A three-storey rear extension and dormered loft conversion, converting the existing house into four flats, plus a new pair of semi-detached houses built in the rear garden — delivered for a residential developer.

Planning permission granted by Hounslow Council, 20 February 2023, with construction completed the same year. Circle-Z designed the scheme and secured planning permission for a developer client, combining a substantial rear extension and loft conversion — creating four self-contained flats within the existing house — with a new pair of semi-detached houses on the same site, maximising the development value of the plot.
